2007 Great progress – good basis for growth

In 2007, we managed to achieve the necessary transparency in our business and create an overview of our opportunities, both good and really good. Together with analyses of the market opportunities, this has given us a solid basis for making the right choices in the future.

• Group turnover increased by 10 per cent to DKK 312,505,000 in 2007
• The Group generated a profit of DKK 22,100,000

Plan for the future:
The splitting up of the companies in 2006 has now served its full purpose and it is time for focus and shared goals. We therefore gather our good competences and our large potential in the new DanTruck A/S.

In future, DanTruck will be our new name, our brand and our identity.

The merger of our four companies will achieve significantly greater efficiency in our internal business procedures, strengthen the individual function areas through better exploitation of our competences across the locations, and release resources for more externalised activities.

To support the decision to create “one company”, DanTruck A/S will get a completely new identity with new logo and organisation of the entire marketing effort.

• We want to be the leading total supplier of fork-lift trucks in the Nordic countries.
• We want to be the leading developer, supplier and partner within the cargo segment in Europe.

MISSION:

• To enable our customers to handle any lifting and moving requirement at any time and in an optimal way.

In 2011, DanTruck A/S will be characterised by being:

No. 1 in the Nordic countries:

We will develop, market, sell and service the best fork-lift truck programme in the Nordic countries.
We will do this directly or through collaboration with selected partners.
We will offer both own brands and supplementary agencies.

No. 1 within CARGO in Europe:

We will develop, market, sell and support the best CARGO solutions in Europe.
We will achieve this through collaboration with selected partners.
We will supply own brands, but also Private Label.

With the established platform as a springboard, the main objective of this strategy change is to achieve the position on the market to which we are entitled and ensure corresponding profits.

With the strategic focus in place and an organisation ready to implement the underlying agreed action plans, several of which are already being implemented in the various function areas, we believe that DanTruck A/S will meet the strategic objectives of the plan:
